Rev. Allen Fisher, Jr.

Allen Fisher has served as the congregation’s Pastor since July  1995. A Graduate and “Fellow in Pastoral Leadership and Development” at Princeton Seminary, Allen is a member of the Presbytery of the James. A leader in the Church and community, Allen’s extensive community service, involves several denominational and community committees and boards. Allen and his wife, Christina, are the parents of four and enjoy sports, gardening and music.Read Full Biography

Rev. Patrick Dennis
Associate Pastor

Patrick Dennis was installed as Associate Pastor in November  2006. His primary ministerial focus is on worship, fellowship, pastoral care and counseling. Patrick earned a BA from the University of Puget Sound—studying Business and Religion. At Princeton Theological Seminary, Patrick received a Masters of Divinity degree. Patrick and his wife, Sarah, have a daughter and enjoy singing, playing music, biking and exercising.Read Full Biography

Terry Diebold is an ordained Presbyterian minister associated with the parish. Terry holds two Master’s degrees from Louisville Presbyterian Theological Seminary, and LPC, LMFT, EMDR II certifications. Terry is President of the Virginia Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. She created the Crime Victim’s Treatment Program in Kentucky, and is active in Give An Hour, a non-profit helping service personnel, and various mental health programs for the un-insured.Read Full Biography

E. Bruce Harvey, Jr.

Bruce Harvey has has been in Christian education since 1981 and has been serving with our congregation for over a decade. Bruce holds a MA in Christian Education and is also certified by the Presbyterian Church (USA). Montreat is no stranger to Bruce—he has directed conferences there and frequently organizes youth and adult retreats to the conference center. Bruce and his wife, Bridget, have three children; he enjoys biographies, jogging, hiking and golf.Read Full Biography

Sarah Dennis
Director of Youth Ministries

Sarah Dennis began as the Youth of The Presbyterian Church in August  2008. She oversees the middle and high school youth groups and activities. After graduating from Baylor University, Sarah interned in the youth program of her home congregation. There she realized her calling to ministry, and went on to earn an Masters of Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary. She is married to Patrick, and they have a daughter Audrey. In her free time, she enjoys reading, exercise, friends and her dog.Read Full Biography

Ron Rebman
Financial Secretary

Ron Rebman started as the Financial Secretary in July 2006. He is involved in maintaining contribution records, paying the bills, preparing payroll, maintaining accounting system, and preparing financial statements. Larry Casey
Choirmaster

Larry Casey has served as Associate Choirmaster For over a decade, and has been a choirmaster since 1972. Larry has served multiple terms as chairman for Music & Worship for the Virginia Chapter of the ACDA. Larry recently retired from a 31-year career in music education and performance. Larry has been involved with several music camps and programs, including founding several youth orchestras, one of which preformed under his direction at the Kennedy Center.

Mary Ann Casey
Choirmaster

Mary Ann Casey has served as the director of the Handbell Choirs, the Youth Choir, and the Children’s Choirs since 1992. A music educator for thirty-four years, Mary Ann was an adolescent and changing voice specialist; she has guest conducted and adjudicated for choirs throughout Virginia. She is an active member of the ACDA and served as the president of its Virginia Chapter from 2001-2003. As a harpist, Mary Ann has performed with several orchestras and choirs.

John Copley
Maintenance Supervisor

John Copley

John has worked at the church as the Maintenance Supervisor since 2005. He oversees all maintenance needs, as well as renovations of the church grounds and buildings. John is a graduate of West Virginia Tech, where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Engineering, and Virginia Tech where he earned his Masters and Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering. John and his wife Gaye reside in Stafford and have two adult daughters.
