Announcements for April 19-25

Your church staff misses you – seeing your faces, hearing your laughter, sharing your concerns and joys – all are diminished by absence.  Know that you are lifted and loved in prayer even when we can’t be with you in person.

Thanks for your gracious and eager reception of our recorded worship services.  You have been most kind and supportive in your feedback.  Beginning this Sunday, our pastors are dividing duty between services in order to model the most responsible social distancing we can.  Spouses and families of Church staff will continue to participate in our service recordings.  Recordings are available on our YouTube channel.  We appreciate your patience and support and continue to pray that our worship life might be enriched even when we are apart.

Capsule of Concern: Hattie Bingham, Macon Fino, Tammy Hancock, Malia Hayes, Billie Plank, Don Wilson, Donn Langfitt, John Walker

Thanks for your faithful support of our ongoing ministries.  Please send your checks to the church office or give online through our website www.fredericksburgpc.org.

Community Dinner Update – Since daily community dinners and breakfasts were suspended on March 16, churches have been asked to bring food items such as pasta bowls, fruit cups, chips, fresh fruit, baked goods, etc. to Micah; which we did for our March “dinner.”  Guests can then pick up food to take for the day.  Exciting news for our April dinner!  Karen Johnson has arranged for Foode to provide a hot meal to be delivered to Micah on Tuesday, April 21.  The meals will not only be given to Micah guests, but will also be delivered to Micah guests who are temporarily staying in motels.  Thank you to all who signed up to contribute baked goods, and to all who contributed baked goods in March.
