Church-Wide Fellowship Fun

Sunday, February 24, 2:00 p.m.,

at the Barksdale Theater in Hanover Courthouse.

The Cotton Patch Gospel is a musical by Tom Key and Russell Treyz, with music and lyrics written by Harry Chapin just before his death in 1981.  Based on the book The Cotton Patch Version of Matthew and John by Clarence Jordan, the story retells the life of Jesus as if in modern day, rural Georgia.  Play tickets are $28.  A lunch buffet will be available from 12:30-1:30 p.m., at the Barksdale.  The cost is $17/person and includes nonalcoholic drinks and gratuities.  A cash bar is available.  Make checks for tickets and buffet payable to The Presbyterian Church and put “Dinner Theater” on the memo line.  We can arrange rides, if you do not want to drive.  Contact the church office 540-373-7057 for information.
