Lenten Series

     The next Conversations in the Public Square Series, Connecting with Creation: How is the Church Called to      Engage? will take place on Sundays in Lent, beginning March 1, at 9:45 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall.

March 1 – Shaping Ecological and Environmental Advocacy in 2020

Speaker: Christian Brooks, Representative for Domestic Issues from the Office of Public Witness of the Presbyterian Church (USA)

March 7-8 – Congregational Retreat at Camp Hanover – Immersed in Nature

Speaker: Colleen Earp, Director of Youth, Environment, and Service Ministries at Camp Hanover

For those who cannot spend the whole weekend, there will be a special camp worship service on Sunday, March 8, followed by brunch (featuring those fantastic Camp Hanover cinnamon rolls).  Carpools will be formed for those wishing to attend and lessen their carbon footprint to travel there.  Stay tuned for details.
