Education

Our Christian education mission is to help develop and deepen a spiritual life by providing an environment where learning, fellowship and fun go hand in hand while teaching the Word of God to all ages in a variety of ways. In doing this we will develop a support system that will equip people to deal with crises in their lives, as well as to prepare and encourage people to go out into the world to be Christian examples.

At The Presbyterian Church, we provide opportunities for all children, youth and adults to continue their faith development through worship, education, and mission. Some of these opportunities are LIFT; Vacation Bible School; Small Groups, such as Presbyterian Women Circles, Men’s Group, Women’s Bible Study; Confirmation; Youth Groups; Retreats; Mission Projects; Workshops on worship.

LIFT

We will gather together as a community of faith every Sunday, sometimes in-person and sometimes virtually. We will gather together with all ages, and we will gather together with our peers. We will gather together in ways that are informed by our Reformed tradition, and we will gather together in ways that are informed by current health and government protocols and practices.

LIFT for Fall 2021 is made up of three 4-week units – each one with a different theme.

GATHER is the theme for the first LIFT unit (September 12-October 3).

On two Sundays (9/12 & 9/26), we will gather outside on the church grounds from 9:45-10:45. On the other two Sundays (9/19 & 10/3), we will gather virtually at 1:00pm. All members and friends of our congregation are welcome at these Sunday morning and Sunday afternoon LIFT activities.
