The above request for use of church facilities is made with the understanding that the group agrees to abide by the Policy and Rules set forth governing the use of church property. EACH GROUP IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ARRANGEMENT OF THE ROOM(S) THEY USE. ROOM(S) MUST BE RESTORED TO THE ORIGINAL ORDER FOLLOWING USAGE. TRASH NEEDS TO BE TAKEN OUT. It is expected that a donation of $50 is made to cover the cost of the building usage as well as set up, tear down, and cleaning fee. This fee is expected for groups larger than 10 people (member or nonmember) and events that are not associated with a planned church function. Parking in church parking lot is limited. No alcohol or tobacco allowed on the property.
